More Homemade Christmas Gift Ideas

Still on the lookout for homemade Christmas gift ideas. In my last post, I had found some recipes for homemade flavored coffees and teas. I plan to make several of these for my new daughter-in-law, and put them in a nice basket with mugs or tea cups. I might also use this idea for a couple of nieces.
An idea I really love is the cookie mix in a jar. This is one I've seen before, but most recently on the homemade gifts page of gifts.com. (they include a pretty picture.)
This is really easy to do - you simply layer the ingredients to your favorite cookie recipe in a nice jar. Tie it with a ribbon, and attach a card with instructions on how to mix and bake the recipe.
They also reccommend a jar layered with various candies. Not quite as much fun as the cookie mix, but also no work for the recipient.
I'm not sure who I'll use this idea for. This one might be for the nieces, instead of the coffees and teas.
Still looking for ideas for the guys. If I don't find something better soon, it'll end up being movie baskets - again.
