Gift Buying Season Begins!
November 6th 2008 22:34
It's that time of year...
My family expects handcrafted or homemade gifts (sometimes I think I should never have started that tradition). Because of the extra time it takes, I usually try to get started earlier making gifts. This year, though, I've put it off. So now I have to either buy gifts, or really get cracking on making them.
My mother-in-law always gets a calendar with family photos. The one time I didn't make her one or have one made, she was very disappointed, so I make sure that item is under the tree each year. This year, I used photos.walmart.com to make her calendar. It was a pretty good deal - a little over $16 - and really simple to do. I feel bad that I didn't put as much effort into customizing the photo pages, but I'm sure she'll love it just as much as always.
Now, I just have to come up with ideas for everyone else on the list!
(Suggestions welcomed!!!)
Happy shopping and making!
