Hard to Find Gift

A tie tack - that's all he's asked for - a tie tack!

I've looked in all my usual places - Walmart, my favorite department stores, and the mall - and I haven't been able to find one. I finally did a search online. WOW! I found bunches of them.

One site, in particular, has 7 pages of them! Goldspeed.com has all sorts of jewelry, including TIE TACKS!

Now I just have to choose one of them and get it ordered. I hope it makes it here by Christmas. He'll be so happy (because he hasn't been able to find one either!)

Isn't that annoying when someone wants you to go hunt down some specific item? One of my friends for Christmas this year wanted a Donna Hay apron. I could only find one place that sold them and they were out. "Does it have to be a Donna Hay apron?" I asked. Yes, it had to be a Donna Hay apron. Finally had to order it and have it couriered. But I'm glad I managed to get it - she'll think I gave up and got her one from K-Mart!
